All purchases made through venture.brand are final. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at venturebrand24@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, venture.brand is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, we will do our best to help customers resolve shipping-related issues.
